Put a berry in the ground

Planting costs nothing but gas. One transaction mints the whole crop, opens a trail of ETH against it on Uniswap v4 with the paw in its key, and lays most of the berries on the four ledges where nobody can ever take them back. The rest goes liquid to the supply wallet. You get no special keys: the trail belongs to the hill, and the hill belongs to nobody.
